# snowscroll

> snowscroll is an iOS app that opens your social apps in a calm in-app browser with the addictive feeds removed. Keep your DMs, posts, and the people you follow; leave Reels, Shorts, and Explore behind. Your logins and activity never leave your device. An Android version is in the works (waitlist below).

## What it does
- Loads the mobile websites of supported platforms inside a focused in-app browser and hides feed surfaces (Reels, Shorts, Explore, "For You") on your device, before they reach you.
- Nothing is modified on your device, your apps, or your accounts, and it is reversible. You can switch any feed back on at any time.
- Supported apps: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook.

## Privacy
- No snowscroll account. We never ask for your name, email, or phone number.
- You sign in to each platform directly; we never see, store, or transmit your logins.
- No tracking, no analytics SDKs, no ads, no data sales in the app. The only things that leave your device are an anonymous identifier and subscription/referral data, never tied to your identity.

## Pricing
- Reverse trial: every user automatically gets 7 days of full Pro on first open, with no payment details required, then moves to the free tier.
- Free tier: your first two apps, greyscale, trends (time usage), and a global time limit.
- Pro: all supported apps plus home feed removal. Pricing (US): $4.99 per month, $39.99 per year, or a one-time $69.99 for lifetime access. Billing is handled by Apple.
